Direct and Indirect Tax Litigation & Representation
- Representing clients before the ITAT, GSTAT, Benami and PMLA/Black Money Tribunals, CIT (Appeals), Assessing Officers, the Investigation Wing, and Enforcement Directorate authorities;
- Managing the full spectrum of assessments and income tax proceedings, including scrutiny, income-escaping, and search assessments;
- Handling Transfer Pricing and International Taxation matters before all forums, including DRP, TPO, and appellate authorities;
- Representing clients before GST Authorities, the Appellate Authority, GSTAT, and the Anti-Profiteering Authority;
- Handling GST show-cause notices, adjudication, demand proceedings, and search, seizure, and summons matters;
- Drafting and filing writ petitions and appeals before High Court.
